All content within the Andreia Code is licensed for personal use only.

Exporting, copying, or adapting any portion of the Andreia Code constitutes acceptance of the Legal & Usage Terms.

Summary: You may export and adapt the Andreia Code for personal use only. You may not sell it, publish it, or claim it as your own.

1. Ownership and Authorship

The Andreia Philosophy and all associated materials available through The Andreia Code at code.andreian.com, including but not limited to frameworks, templates, systems, written explanations, conceptual structures, organizational methods, and documentation (collectively, “The Andreia Code”), are original works owned by Andreia Endeavors LLC.

Authorship is retained by the creator. No rights are transferred except those explicitly granted below.

2. License Grant — Personal Use Only

Andreia Endeavors LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Export, copy, or duplicate content from the Andreia Code.
Store the material in personal systems, including private notebooks, journals, or note-taking applications.
Modify, adapt, or customize the material solely for your own personal use.
Use templates, frameworks, and structures (including campaigns, objectives, routines, planning systems, and mental models) as tools for private self-development, reflection, or philosophical study.

This license is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:
• Sell, resell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Andreia Philosophy, the Andreia Code, or any derivative works.
• Publish or redistribute the material publicly, in whole or in substantial part, including as websites, documents, PDFs, repositories, or shared collections.
• Claim authorship, ownership, or originality of the Andreia Philosophy or the Andreia Code.
• Repackage the material as part of any paid product, course, subscription, coaching program, digital download, or monetized service.
• Use the material in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with Andreia Endeavors LLC.

Personal modification or customization does not confer ownership or redistribution rights.

4. Attribution

If the Andreia Philosophy or the Andreia Code is referenced publicly (including quotation, discussion, critique, or illustrative example), clear attribution to The Andreia Philosophy is required.

Attribution does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, or distribute the material.

5. No Warranty / No Liability

The Andreia Philosophy and the Andreia Code are provided “as is.”
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, effectiveness, productivity, psychological impact, or personal development.

The material is philosophical and educational in nature and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Andreia Endeavors LLC assumes no responsibility for actions, decisions, or consequences arising from the use or misuse of the material.

Use of the Andreia Code is entirely at your own risk.

6. Termination of License

Any violation of these terms automatically terminates your license to use the Andreia Philosophy and the Andreia Code.

Upon termination, all use must cease, and any retained copies must be deleted.

7. Changes to Terms

Andreia Endeavors LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Andreia Code after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Permissions and Contact

Requests for permissions beyond personal use (including publication, translation, academic use, or limited redistribution) must be submitted in writing to Andreia Endeavors LLC.
